The Sculptures below were made by the Reynolds Elementary 5th Grade Class of 2013.
This was the first time many of them had ever tried to make a sculpture and we know it will not be the last.
They first had an introduction to the James Hubbell exhibition in the Bob and Estelle Gleason Gallery. This exhibition will continue through June 2, 2013.
The Materials for this special introduction into the World of Sculpture used materials of pipe stem cleaners, aluminum foil, Styrofoam for the base and glass beads for accents of color. The results captured the vivid imagination of these very talented young folks and we know that they will continue to be appreciative of the interrelationship of the Arts, Science and our Biological World.
